Brake On Stop

brake on stop controls the ramp down and stopping of the motor when transitioning from an active throttle to a 0% throttle when 0% throttle is commanded, the motor controller applies passive braking to hold the motor in place if brake on stop is disabled and 0 throttle is commanded, the motor will be allowed to freely spin regardless of brake on stop being enabled if an error condition that stops motor drive is encountered, braking will not be applied some configurations do not allow brake on stop to be disabled please consult the following list if disabling brake on stop is important brake on stop cannot be disabled if any of the following configurations apply drive mode reversible drive topology focal
