The circuit status message provides power telemetry for the input and for each output (differentiated by circuit_id). The message error flags reflect the state of the relevant warnings.

The device temperature message provides temperature telemetry for the input and for each output. The overheating flag indicates a temperature warning. The overcooling flag is unused.

The hardpoint status command is sent by each channel to indicate if the channel is on or off. The payload_weight and payload_weight_variance fields are unused.
