selecting voltage the micro flux 2mp delivers 2 output channels each channels can be software configured to output at one of 32 discrete voltages between 3 3 to 28 v the output voltage of each channel can be configured via the can interface the selectable voltage options are 3 3 v 11 1 v 21 v 5 0 v 12 v 21 2 v 5 4 v 12 9 v 22 7 v 6 3 v 13 3 v 22 9 v 7 2 v 15 v 23 v 8 v 16 v 24 v 8 2 v 17 9 v 24 9 v 8 4 v 18 2 v 25 7 v 10 v 19v 26 v 10 1 v 20 v 28 v 10 3 v 20 8 v power on at startup each channel can be configured to turn on immediately after the device initializes this means that the channel will turn on shortly after power is applied to the micro flux if there are no critical errors present runtime control channels can be turned on and off during runtime through can command messages on systems that support arming, channels can also be configured to turn on/off when the device arms/disarms command messages each channel can be turned on and off using can command messages a channel will not turn on if there is an error active that is configured to turn the channel off the action taken when command messages are received can be configured per channel with the following options no response the channel will never respond to a command message on commands only if armed the channel will always respond to an "off" command, but the device must be armed for the channel to respond to an "on" command if arming is disabled, the system is considered to always be armed always respond the channel will always respond to command messages power on upon arming each channel can be configured to turn on automatically when the micro flux transitions from the disarmed state (blinking yellow led) to the armed state (blinking aqua led) this is the equivalent of sending an "on" command message when the device arms power on upon arming can be used to selectively enable vehicle sub systems only during active vehicle operation this will not occur when transitioning from an error state (blinking red led) to the armed state (blinking aqua led) on systems that do not support arming, power on upon arming will have no effect power off upon disarming each channel can be configured to turn off automatically when the micro flux loses an arming signal this will occur when no arming message has been received for the duration of the "dronecan armed message timeout period" or a message with the status "disarmed" is received this is the equivalent of sending an "off" command message when the system disarms power off upon disarming can be used to help ensure the vehicle is in a safe state when disarmed by cutting power to specific sub systems error responses review software protection configuration carefully certain error conditions will cause a channel to turn off a channel will not automatically turn back on after an error condition clears if an error condition that would turn the channel off is still active, then the channel cannot be turned on the micro flux protection systems are highly configurable, many of these responses can be disabled if desired for more information see the protection systems and settings sections channel errors there are a series of software protections that can be enabled on each output channel that will turn the channel off if the configured limit is violated software protections can help protect the micro flux and connected devices if software protections are turned off then behavior will be determined by the hardware protections consult the protection systems documentation for details about the channel software and hardware protections the limits and responses for each channel should be reviewed priority channels each channel can be configured as a priority or non priority channel software protections that apply to the input bus or the system as a whole can be configured to only turn non priority channels off, preserving the operation of the priority channels channels that power mission critical devices, such as a flight controller, should be configured as priority channels disabling a channel an unused channel can be disabled a disabled channel will not send telemetry or have data logged in the onboard logging data to disable a channel, configure the following settings to prevent it from being able to turn on power on at startup false command message response no response power on upon arming false
